Congratulations to our Sand Hill-Venable 2023 staff members of the year: first grade teacher Donna Collins, instructional assistant Lois Sams, and head secretary Leslie Tritle!

Ms. Collins has been at SHV for many years and has always had a great attitude. She is organized and makes her classroom a welcoming place for students, and has done a great job transitioning this year from kindergarten to first grade. She is patient, kind and caring. Her influence goes a long way!
Ms. Sams is dedicated and loyal to serving this school and our EC students. She is patient and loving and holds students accountable to learning/growing and being responsible. She is attentive to student needs and is always friendly when crossing paths.
Ms. Tritle supports the whole school every day. She is the glue that holds us together. She is always pleasant. She answers questions or finds the answers if she doesn't have them. She handles payroll issues , sub issues, copier issues, and so many other things, but seems to handle it all with ease and a smile.
