Welcome to my Classroom
This is my fifteenth year as the music teacher here at Sand Hill-Venable Elementary School. I have enjoyed teaching elementary school music for 19 years. Prior to coming to SHV, I worked as music teacher in five elementary schools in Madison County. My resume also includes high school and middle school choral director for a year and music teacher in a private elementary school. Elementary school music is my favorite area to teach. I am proud to say that I attended Mars Hill College where I earned my Bachelor of Music in Education. I am happy to be part of the Sand Hill-Venable family and I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
